On the first of the year, SNH Designs LLC d.b.a. eMediaSales announced the acquisition of WebsYourWay.com and the hiring of WebsYourWay principal Leslie Nord Kirk as Web Production Manager for eMediaSales.

This strategic move formalizes the alliance of the two veteran e-commerce specialists, James Harrell of eMediaSales, former vice president and general manager of MIVA Small Business Solutions, Inc, and Leslie Nord, former owner of WebsYourWay.com and volunteer forum moderator of the Miva Merchant users forums. Both Leslie and James have a long history with Miva Merchant, Leslie founding WebsYourWay.com in 1998 and James founding Copernicus Business Systems, LLC in 2000. The Copernicus products are now owned by Miva Merchant, Inc.
